You can update your email address and certain profile details from the Account Settings section after logging in. Usernames, once set, are permanent and cannot be changed. If you need to update your registered mobile number, please contact our support team — a re-verification step may be required for security purposes.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually arrive within a few hours, while PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. First, refresh your AgilaPlay account balance and check your transaction history. Most deposits credit instantly for GCash and Maya. Our team can freeze your account, review recent transactions, and investigate. You can also log out of all active sessions remotely from the Security section of your account settings.

Log in to your AgilaPlay account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders. Once a limit is set, AgilaPlay enforces it automatically. Increasing a limit has a 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect. Decreasing a limit applies immediately.
